Sokobomb Version 1.1 Released


I have rewritten the level design for Sokobomb to fit more a block pushing game.


The game starts out with very traditional Block pushing levels. But then in the forth level I introduce the bomb.



The bomb is now a pushable block that will delete anything that collides with it.

Even walls are destructible.

Why the changing the game?

I have bigger plans for this game. Plans that I can't quite formulate just yet. However, at the core idea is to manipulate a dungeon using bombs. I already had a log of the bigger game implemented already, but during playtesting, i good the feedback that players didn't know how to use the bombs — making the entire premise of the game null and void.

With this update, I want to give the player confidence in the core mechanics. This gives me a baseline to build upon.

I can't promise much but hopefully this will not be the last update.
